I am headed to Shanghai with the rest of the group tomorrow morning. I found out in class this morning that Facebook, Twitter, and Blogspot are all blocked websites on mainland China. I think Skype should still work for those of you talking to me on that. I'll also have my iPhone and Hong Kong go-phone. However, my phone number will change on my go-phone as soon as I enter China. We have to get new SIM cards because Hong Kong phone numbers do not work in China either.
We are staying at the Yuns Paradise Hotel in Shanghai.
This should be a really fun trip! We have a city tour on Friday and I am meeting up with my friend Haley because she is studying abroad in Shanghai all summer. I am really looking forward to seeing her!
